Our Story
UX Design Toolkit was founded in 2019 by a group of passionate UX professionals who recognized the growing need for specialized UX education in Cyprus and the broader Mediterranean region.
After years of working in the industry and mentoring junior designers, our founders - Thalia Nicolaou, Konstantinos Demetriou, and Sophia Kyriakou - saw firsthand the skills gap that existed between academic design education and real-world UX requirements.
What started as informal workshops quickly grew into a comprehensive educational offering as demand for our practical, industry-focused approach grew. Today, we're proud to be Cyprus's premier UX design education provider, with over a thousand graduates who have gone on to work at leading companies across Europe and the Middle East.

Thadzika Novikova
Co-FounderLead UX Instructor
With over 12 years of UX experience at companies like Google and Wargaming, Thadzika brings a wealth of knowledge in user research, interaction design, and product strategy. Her focus on practical, results-driven design methodology has shaped our curriculum.
